Analisa como o impulsionamento pago de conteúdo se consolidou nas eleições brasileiras após mudanças legais em 2017, incluindo a possibilidade de uso de recursos públicos para anúncios digitais. As conclusões indicam o reforço de desigualdades entre candidaturas, a dependência em relação a plataformas globais pouco transparentes e a transferência de vultosos recursos públicos para empresas privadas, com implicações diretas na integridade e equidade do debate eleitoral.
