Apresentado no 34º Encontro Anual da Compós – Associação Nacional dos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Comunicação, Curitiba, 2025. Estudo que analisa por estado as práticas comunicacionais do Programa Nacional dos Comitês de Cultura, identificando formatos, linguagens e conexões nas redes digitais. A partir da comunicação popular e decolonial, aponta desafios na construção de uma comunicação acessível e participativa, evidenciando tendências difusionistas e destacando boas práticas de Comitês, organizações e coletivos culturais.
